Preamble: University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) is one of the best Teaching Hospitals in Nigeria, , if not best, according to United Kingdom Challenge Fund and Nigeria Presidency as at 2009.

This is a fee paying public hospital operating at the highest level of health care delivery with service outlets at every tier of care and linked to the university system. We are dedicated to quality service at the lowest possible cost based on evidence.

And as part of this paradigm patients/customers are empowered to demand for better service that meets their needs by reporting any experience including service failures/excellence, etc. as indicated herein under.

First, there is a CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK/RECEPTION as you enter the main hospital building manned by trained SERVICOM staff to help you and is available 24 hours (Telephone: 08137875019)

Kindly follow this REPORTING PROCEDURE for optimal result.
  1. First, send complaints, etc. to CCO who must respond within 48 hours
  2. If there is no response, send a sms stating what the issue is to the NO who
    will reach you within 24 hours.
  3. If the issue remains unsettled, thereafter, send sms to CMD and use the
    servicom feedback/complaint form on the website to file a grievance to the
    Nodal Officer (NO) at eookoro2019nodalofficerservicom@uith.org.ng

  4. If after 48 hours of 3 above and the issue remains unresolved to your satisfaction
    report directly only to the CMD please

Should you remain unhappy with the resolution, kindly
come to STAKEHOLDERS’ FORUM which is a PUBLIC/MEDIA event
that holds quarterly and is publicized
